In addition, they create photo and video assets such as GIFS, infographics, memes and more. They also report insights via various social media analytical tools (e.g. Audience Insights, Twitter Analytics) which are key in gathering data.

Overall this department helps drive brand value, manages channel priorities, meets distribution opportunities, increases revenue and considers cross channel goals.
